Norman Ray McCarver was born October 22,1950 in Tahlequah, Oklahoma and passed away August 29, 2016 in Tulsa, Oklahoma. Norman is survived by his wife of 17 years Marge McCarver, his children and numerous other family members and friends. There are no services planned at this time but the family thanks everyone for their kindness.
