She was born November 6,1934 in Puerto Rico to Alfredo and Trinidad (Otero) Guerra.Olga is survived by her husband, of over 50 years, Rafael Ortiz; daughter Deborah Ortiz; granddaughters Victoria Ortiz, Ruth Ortiz and Sarrita Ortiz.
