O’Neal Michael Manuel 92 years of age, died January 30, 2013 in Claremore Veterans Center. Mr. Manuel was born February 13, 1920 in Halls, Tennessee. He served in the United States Army and Navy. He was an electrician by trade for American Airlines. Survived by his daughter Deborah Richardson, son Michael Cleve Manuel, brothers James and Junior Manuel, grandson Michael Burl Manuel, Great-Granddaughter Grayson Manuel.
