Opal Hesler's Obituary
Opal Lea Hesler, a beloved member of the Tulsa community, passed away on January 27, 2024, in Tulsa, Oklahoma. Opal was born on April 11, 1933, in Estel, Oklahoma, to Bert Ray Peck and Dora Irene Ward. Opal will be fondly remembered and dearly missed by her son, Larry Cooper, and numerous nieces and nephews. Her passing leaves a void in the lives of all who knew and loved her. She is preceded in death by her parents, husband Harold, brother Orren Peck, brother Ollen Peck, brother Edward Peck, brother John Peck, brother Clifford Peck, sister Hattie Peck and sister Anna Irene Peck. Opal's faith was central to her life, and she was an active member of the Southern Hills Baptist Church. Her dedication to her church was evident through her volunteer work at numerous church events. Those who had the privilege of knowing Opal will remember her for her kindness, empathy, and unwavering love for the Lord. She lived her life with a simple and genuine kindness that touched the hearts of everyone she met.
Funeral service will be held Monday, February 5, 2024 at 3:00 PM at Floral Haven
Funeral Home. Interment to follow at Floral Haven Memorial Gardens.
