Opal Lucille “Cindy” White. Born May 13, 1924 to Jake and Callie Gage in Salina, Oklahoma. Lucille shared a home with eight other siblings.Lucille married Verl White, known to family and friends as “Whitey” on September 3, 1949 in Pryor, Oklahoma until his passing on May 5, 2013.Married for 64 years, Whitey and Lucille lived in and around the Oklahoma area. They were both long time members of Keys Baptist Church in Keys, Oklahoma and Cross Roads Fellowship Church in Bixby, Oklahoma.Lucille shared a love for serving in her church, Teaching Sunday School, reading her Bible, working in her flower garden, cooking, sewing, fishing and spending time with her family.Lucille was a loving and dedicated housewife, mother, Servant to the Kingdom of God and a great prayer warrior to many.Whitey and Lucille are survived by daughters Ann Wilkerson, and Joyce and husband Alan Parker; sons Joe and wife Tamra White, and Danny White; grandchildren Tracy and husband Kevin Klink, Mike and wife Emily Wilkerson, Cindy and husband Rob Hefner, Bret and wife Tabitha Parker, Callie White, and Casey Berry; 15 great grandchildren; 6 great great grandchildren; and brother Gene and wife Eula Gage.In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to Gideons International.Funeral Services will be held at 11 am on Friday, September 21, 2018 at Floral Haven Rose Chapel.
