Ophelia Ann Hernandez's Obituary
Ophelia Ann Hernandez 48 years of age, passed this life on May 9, 2011 in St. Johns Hospital, Tulsa. She was the daughter of Guadelupe and Fidelia (Gonzales) Hernandez. Ophelia was born June 13, 1962 in Owatonna, Minnesota. She was in the clothing and jewelry retail business most of her life. She is survived by her daughter, Amber Castillo, parents, Guadalupe and Fidelia Hernandez, her sisters and brother Marty (Jose) Gonzalas, Jaiver (Mariam) Hernandez, Norma (Jaime) Cortez along with 13 neices and nephews and several other aunts and uncles and other family members. Visitation will be Thursday 3 p.m. until 9 p.m. and Friday 9 a.m. until 9 p.m. with funeral services 10 a.m. Saturday at the Floral Haven Funeral Home Chapel with interment to follow in Floral Haven Memorial Gardens.
