Ora Jean Wood Shaubell's Obituary
Ora Jean Wood Shaubell, born October 9, 1922 to Myrtle Ioneand Paul Gallien. Our beloved mother and grandmother went to be with her Lord and Savior on January 2, 2011 and is now dancing with the angels in her heavenly home. She was predeceased by her husband of 50 years, Russell Wood and husband of 15 years, Wilbur Shaubell. Jean was a member of Christ United Methodist Church and a lifetime member of VFW Post 577 and American Legion Post 1. Jean and Wilbur enjoyed the monthly dances and weekly bingo at the 'V' where they met. Survived by children, Phillip Wood (Jenny), Ann Martin (Jon), Cathey Rainbolt (Ken); sister, Phyllis Patton; 8 grandchildren, 6 great grandchildren, 2 nieces, 2 nephews. Preceded in death by Grandchildren, Janice Wood, Alan Wood
