Pamela J. Osborn, 56 passed away with family at her side July 31, 2019. She was born October 25, 1962 in Alpena, Michigan to Dennis and Shirley Bowen. She was a devoted wife, mother, grandmother and friend. She will be dearly missed by everyone who knew and loved her. Pamela is survived by her parents, Dennis and Shirley Bowen; her spouse, Robert Osborn; daughter, Natalie Isabella Marie Osborn; son, Michael Osborn; son; daughter, Victory Weight and her husband, Taylor; three grandchildren; her sister, Gwen Huelsman; sister, Brenda Fochtman; brother, Jeff Bowen; brother, Todd Bowen; brother, Brian Bowen and numerous other family members and friends. Celebration of Life Service will be 3:00 PM, Monday, August 5, 2019 at Believers Church in Tulsa
