Pam Riggs' Obituary
Pamela Sue Reagor Riggs, 78, of Tulsa, Oklahoma, passed away December 23, 2021 at her residence with her family. She was born December 12, 1943 in Tulsa, Oklahoma to Robert and Josephine Reagor. She was a long time member of Highland Park Christian Church and enjoyed traveling with her husband Bud, spending summers in Maine, fly fishing, OU football, Red Sox baseball, and investing time in family and friends. Pam was preceded in death by her parents, and 2 brothers James and Robert Reagor. Pam is survived by her husband of 54 years, Melvin (Bud) of the home; 2 daughters and their spouses Kimberly and CJ Moeller of Tulsa, and Dawn and Andrew White of Siloam Springs, Arkansas; 4 grandchildren Kyle Moeller, Madison Moeller, Micah Moeller, and Lilly White; and numerous nieces and nephews. A funeral service will be held to celebrate Pam’s life at 11am, Tuesday, December 28, 2021 at Highland Park Christian Church with internment at 2:30pm in the Garden of Memories at Floral Haven Cemetery. A visitation will be held from 4-6, Monday, December 27, 2021 at Floral Haven. Donations may be made in her honor to Happy Hands Education Center at happyhands.org.
