Patricia "Pat" Ann Tiffin's Obituary
Patricia “Pat” Ann Tiffin, 79, of Tulsa, Oklahoma, passed away on February 8, 2024, leaving behind a legacy of love and joy. She was born in Coffeyville, Kansas to Clarence Cagle and Virginia "Kay" Hill Cagle. Pat was raised in Tulsa, OK and went to McClain High School graduating in 1963, She met her future husband Steve Tiffin at Navy Hospital Corps School, Great Lakes, Illinois in 1964, They married August 19, 1967, in Rogers, Arkansas, after his service in Vietnam. Pat attended OSU OKC graduating in the first nursing class in 1971. She worked over 30 years in nursing and healthcare.
Pat served her country with pride, dedicating three years of her life to the United States Navy as a hospital corpswave. Her caring and outgoing nature endeared her to all who had the privilege of knowing her, and she never met a stranger. She was a proud 50-year member of Beta Sigma Phi, where she formed lasting friendships and contributed to her community.
Family was at the center of Pat’s world, and she adored her grandchildren, showering them with love and affection. She had a passion for travel, particularly enjoying cruises, and cherished the opportunity to explore new places and create lasting memories with her loved ones. She had a fondness for collecting teddy bears and elephants.
Pat had a warm and generous spirit, and she always made time for her high school friends, cherishing the memories they shared. She had a sharp mind and enjoyed challenging games, excelling in Scrabble and Boggle. Her family and friends could always count on her to be right, and she brought laughter and fun to every gathering. Pat had a special place in her heart for her three dogs: Patches, Pebbles, and Prissy.
Pat will be dearly missed by her family, friends, and all who knew her. Her kindness, warmth, and love will continue to inspire those whose lives she touched. While we mourn her passing, we also celebrate the beautiful life she lived and the love she shared with everyone around her.
Pat is survived by her husband Steve Tiffin, brother Clarence K., daughter Trisha Stromme and husband Joel, son Todd “Cat” Tiffin, daughter Amyee Smith and husband Kelly, grandchildren Tyler Sherbon, Ashe Daughtery, Logan Stromme, Maverick Tiffin, Beckett Tiffin, and many other family, friends and loved ones.
Pat is preceded in death by her parents.
Visitation will be held Sunday, February 18, 2024 from 12-5 PM at Floral Haven
Funeral Home Funeral service will be held Monday, February 19, 2024 at 10:00 AM at Floral Haven Funeral Home Chapel
Interment will follow at Floral Haven Memorial Gardens
