Patricia Eileen Ball's Obituary
Patricia Ball, age 81, of Broken Arrow, Oklahoma, passed away on September 19, 2024. Born on June 1, 1943, in Chatham, New York, she was the cherished daughter of Floyd and Shirley Cowan. Patricia married the love of her life on September 3, 1965 and the two shared many wonderful years together.
Patricia and Woodrow shared a beautiful bond that goes beyond the typical husband-and-wife relationship; they are truly best friends. Their laughter filled the room, and their playful banter reflected the deep understanding they have for one another. Whether they were tackling life's challenges side by side or enjoying quiet moments together, their companionship is a testament to the love and trust they've built over the years.
Patricia's vibrant spirit and love for life were evident in everything she did. A passionate gardener, she found joy in nurturing her plants and sharing her botanical knowledge with friends and family. Her creative flair shone through in her crafting and painting, where she poured her heart into every project.
Above all, Patricia cherished her family. She was a devoted mother and grandmother, and her love for her grandchildren knew no bounds. Her spitfire attitude and infectious laughter brought warmth and happiness to all who knew her.
Patricia is preceded in death by her husband Woodrow Ball, daughter Amy Ball, brother Richard Cowan.
Patricia is survived by her daughter Kelly West and husband Neal, daughter Sherry Van Huis and husband Scott, son Michael Ball, brother Carl Cowan and wife Betty, grandchildren Sydney West, Shawn Van Huis, Samuel Van Huis, along with cousins, nephews, nieces, friends and loved ones.
Funeral service will be held Friday, September 27, 2024 at 12:30 PM at Floral Haven Funeral Home Chapel.
Interment will follow at Floral Haven Memorial Gardens
