My deepest sympathy and well wished to Gene, Danny, Connie, and the entire Brumble family. I feel like I have been close the Brumble family all of my life. From High School and weekends at Grand Lake all the way through raising our kids. More crazy events and stories than I can remember. I don't think she ever knew about the night of the flood. In recent years I DO NOT recall ever going to The Whataburger at 61st and Sheridan and NOT seeing Gene and Mrs. Brumble setting there enjoying their lunch. There should be a brass plaque placed on that table with Mrs. Brumble's name on it. Always pleasant, kind, and with sweet words of love for the grand kids and great grand kids. I am very sorry for the loss. Mrs. Brumble's passing marks the passage of time, and the circle of our lives. All the Best to you all, Dan Dyer
