Patricia Hartzler's Obituary
Patricia Florene Ryman-Hartzler, a devout Christian and dedicated mother, passed away at 9:57PM on November 30, 2023, at the age of 81. Patricia was born on December 1st, 1941, in Ninnekah, Oklahoma to Rev. James Williams & Rev. Mary Allene (Yoder) Williams. Patricia’s parents were both ordained ministers whose life examples instilled in her a deep love for the Lord and a strong sense of faith.
Patricia’s life was marked by her unwavering commitment to her family and various church communities. Her parents built several churches throughout Oklahoma including Bel-Aire Assembly of God located in Tulsa, Oklahoma. Her entire family maintains a legacy of faith, love & compassion.
Patricia served the Lord with fervor, using her quick wit, vibrant personality, and infectious smile to touch the lives of countless individuals. Patricia was a devoted prayer warrior. She was always willing to lend a helping hand, offer a listening ear and provide comforting words to those in need. Patricia was blessed with an incredible talent of ministry using God’s written word, her angelic voice of song, her anointed hands to play the piano while she witnessed to every single person she ever met.
Patricia was a strong and independent woman, who never hesitated to speak her mind and stand up for what she believed in. She was a true matriarch, always putting the needs of her family before her own. Her love for her siblings, children, grandchildren, and great-grandchild knew no bounds, and she was always there to support and encourage them in any way she could.
Patricia’s passing leaves a great void in the lives of all who knew her, but her legacy of love, faith, and service will live on through the countless lives she touched. Patricia will be deeply missed by her family, her friends, and her community; yet we all take comfort in knowing that she is now at peace, no longer suffering in pain, surrounded by the love of her Lord and the joy of her entire family.
Patricia is survived by one brother James Williams and wife Sue, her ex-husband Darrell Hartzler, son David Ryman and wife Cheryl, son Jim Ryman, daughter Duanda Ryman and significant other Jackie Frost, step-sons Chris Hartzler, Kirt Hartzler and wife Susan, granddaughters Hannah Arn and husband Kyle, Hayley Hartzler, Paige Hartzler, grandsons Nathanael Ryman, Austin Hartzler, Jared
Hartzler, great-granddaughter Eden Faith, nephews Wes Burditt, Les Burditt, Kent Williams and wife Shari (Children: Parker and Madison), Terry Williams and wife Christy (Children: Jett and Skylar), Dan Williams and wife Maranda (Children: Grant and Harrison), Joshua Williams, Isaac Williams, Benjamin Williams, Daniel Williams, nieces Jennifer Williams, Christy Williams and husband Dray (Daughter: Tulee) and many other friends and loved ones.
Patricia is preceded in death by her parents, her first husband Duane Ryman, her sister Barbara Burditt, her brothers Jerald Williams, J.O. Williams, and Jack Williams and her great-granddaughter Ellie Grace
Funeral service will be held at 2:00PM on Wednesday, December 6, 2023 at Floral Haven Funeral Home - Rose Chapel. Interment to follow at Floral Haven Memorial Gardens - Garden of Last Supper
