Patricia Lee Lindenberg's Obituary
Patricia Lee (Pattie) Lindenberg, of Grove, Oklahoma, formerly of Broken Arrow, passed
away unexpectedly on Tuesday, August 30, 2022, at her home in Grove. Pattie was born on
August 17, 1952, to Pauline and Weston Howard Bloss, in Muskogee, Oklahoma.
Pattie graduated from High School in Englewood, California in 1970, and then moved
back to the Tulsa area where she attended Business School.
On July 12, 1975, Pattie married the love of her life, E. Chris Lindenberg, at the Sacred
Heart Church in Sapulpa, Oklahoma. They were married for 47 years and were blessed with
two children, Katie and David.
She worked for Parker Drilling and Home Petroleum in Tulsa, then went to work with
Chris at their Western Filter Company for over 20 years. In her leisure time, Pattie enjoyed
making quilts and going on cruises to seek out unique jewelry. Our dear Pattie was a 3 time
cancer survivor. She and Chris relocated to Grove where she was mesmerized daily by her
awesome view of Grand Lake.
Left to cherish her memory are husband, Chris Lindenberg; daughter, Katie Wiley; four
grandchildren; sister, Cindy Smith; her precious furry companion, Merica; and many other
family members and friends.
She was preceded in death by her parents and son, David.
A funeral service will be held at the Floral Haven Chapel in Broken Arrow, Oklahoma, on
September 8, 2022, at 12:30 pm. From 1:30-3:30 pm in the Floral Haven Family Center, Chris
would like everyone to gather and celebrate Pattie’s life.
In lieu of flowers, a memorial may be made to St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital, by
mail, 501 St. Jude Place, Memphis, TN 38105.
Pattie’s special symbol was “Chai”, a Hebrew word which symbolizes the value of life, and the
hope that supports it.
