Patricia Norine Chambers SteinbergPatricia Norine Chambers Steinberg, born August 30, 1944 in Tulsa, Oklahoma to Osbie “Earl Chambers and Carrie Francis Spicer. She went to be with her Lord and Savior Jesus Christ on June 1, 2016 at the age of 71. After a long and courageous battle with cancer, she is finally free of her earthly suffering. Pat was a true inspiration as a Godly, devoted wife to her husband Burt. She was a selfless, loving mother to her children, the best Grammie to her three “boys” and granddaughters . She was a consistent, genuine, caring sister, aunt and friend. Pat was a graduate of Berryhill High School in 1962. She spent most of her career as a Banker at Bank of Oklahoma or working in their family business. She met Burt, her high school sweetheart, at the age of fifteen. Three years later, they were married on September 28, 1962, and celebrated 53 wonderful years of marriage together. Their marriage was a true legacy of mutual honor, respect and service to each other and the Lord. Throughout her life, God put many in her path that she loved unconditionally and quietly pointed toward Christ by example. She gave generously of herself, her time, her home, and whatever she had to help others. She loved well, lived well and gracefully served others. Despite her five year battle with cancer, she always had a smile for those around her, remained positive and trusted the Lord to carry her through the fight. Her impact and legacy will never be forgotten..Funeral Service 10:00 a.m., Monday, June 6, 2016 at Bethany Freewill Baptist Church
