Patricia, a dear childhood friend of my sister Sherry. So many great memories and laughter, your spirit will be missed by all who have walked this journey with you. Love and hugs go out to your family from mine. Michelle, Sherry, Shawn, Connie. Hugs to all that miss you.
Rest in the sweetest peace, Tricia.
Tricia, my old friend, where to start. She was fiercely devoted to her family, she was a friend who would always have your back, she was a passionate rescuer of animals great and small, she had an endearing dry humor and was always genuine and true to herself. Although our many escapades are years in the past, the memories are forever burned in my mind and the love I feel for her is as strong now as the day I met her.
During her life, she worked tirelessly as an advocate for animals. She established N.O.A.H. (Neglected, Overlooked, Abused, Helpless) animals. It was a 501c3 non profit that she established. We were all so proud of her and all the hard thankless work she did. As a wildlife rehabber, she single handedly rehabbed and saved thousands of lives, spending many a sleepless night in the care and feeding of orphaned baby squirrels and bunnies. As a rescuer of dogs, she had no fear. Tricia would not hesitate to jump a chain link fence and risk her life to save a pit bull that had been abused. As a prairie dog rescuer, she saved and relocated countless wild prairie dogs and came to the aid of the ones that became discarded pets. There was not an animal that she would turn her back on. Tricia was many things to many people but to me she was an inspiration and above all else, she was my friend. I will forever remember all the good she did and all the humor she shared. I will never be able to fill the empty place she has left in my heart. Rest in peace my friend.
All my love, Gigi
Tricia was her own person and a strong one, yet still so vulnerable. I have been a long distance friend for 18 years. There are too many stories....but usually our phone conversation started with her saying "you aren't gonna believe what happened". She then would have me laughing so hard. She was a character and I most admire her love of animals and all her hard work in the many rescues she did ever since I have known her. I pray she is getting the rest and peace she so deserves. My deepest condolences to all her family. Thank you Corey for being so good to her.
I am so very sorry to hear this news. 😞
Rest in peace, Trish. ❤️
