Patsie Lois Kincaid's Obituary
Patsie Lois (Dugan) Kincaid lived a long happy life of 89 years and died peacefully in her sleep on July 6, 2022 after a short time on Hospice Care.
She was born on January 11, 1933 in Dawson, OK to Samuel and Susan Dugan. She attended St. Francis Xavier Catholic School and graduated from Will Rogers High School in Tulsa, Oklahoma. She married the love of her life, Ronald Richard Kincaid on October 7, 1954. She met Richard while working at the Paradise Bar owned by her father. Richard passed away December 23, 1995, he was a WWII veteran and served in the South Pacific. Together they raised two daughters, Kathleen and Rhonda.
Patsie Lois was devout Catholic her entire life and a member of St. Benedict Catholic Church in Broken Arrow, Oklahoma. She was also extremely proud of her Irish heritage and spent many hours researching her family's genealogy.
Patsie Lois loved to dance and was a member of the Moose Lodge until she could no longer attend. She was an excellent cook and enjoyed hosting many holiday dinners for family and friends. She loved her family fiercely and will be greatly missed.
Patsie Lois is preceded in death by her husband, Richard, both parents, and four sisters, Emma Vine Baker, Lillie Kathleen Dugan, Mary Delores Dugan, and Iris Almeretta Leonard.
She is survived by her two daughters and their families; Kathleen Carpenter and spouse David, Rhonda Sturtevant and spouse Keith.
Grandchildren; David Carpenter Jr. and spouse Amy, Shannon Austin and spouse Lester, Taylor Sturtevant and Logan Sturtevant
Great-grandchildren; Madison Austin, Lake Carpenter and Lane Carpenter.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to St. Francis Hospice or Clarehouse.
The visitation will be 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM, Monday, July 11, 2022, at Floral Haven Funeral Home.
The funeral mass will be 10:00 AM, Tuesday, July 12, 2022, at Church of Saint Benedict, Broken Arrow.
