Patsy Jo Ellis' Obituary
Patsy Jo Butler Ellis, 84, of Owasso, Oklahoma, died October 18, 2015 in St. John’s Hospital, Tulsa. Patsy was born April g, 1931 in Morris, Oklahoma to Alva and Iona Butler. She is survived by one brother, Ted Butler of Morris and preceded in death by two siblings, Helen and Freddy. She is also survived by her loving husband, Robert Ellis of the home, two daughters, Debby Jo Grimmett Sparks and her husband, Anthony Margiotta of Broken Arrow and Cheryl Grimmett of Tulsa. She also leaves behind three grandchildren, Tyler Sparks of Broken Arrow, Amanda Sanderson of Broken Arrow and Jamie Abney of Moore. In addition, there are eight great-granddaughters and one great-great-grandson. She enjoyed being around her family and would always be giggling about something, whether it was something one of her great-granddaughters had done or said or from sheer happiness at being with her loved ones. Her life was not always pleasant, but I’m sure she wouldn’t change it one iota. She will be greatly missed by her family and friends. Graveside services will be held Thursday, October 22 at 2 p.m. at Floral Haven, 6500 S. 129th East Avenue, Broken Arrow.
