Paul A.T. Nelson's Obituary
Paul A. T. Nelson was born July 15, 1918 in Manistique, Michigan and passed away August 10, 2013 in Tulsa, Oklahoma. Paul graduated with a B.A. degree from Western New Mexico University. Paul is a World War II Veteran serving as a Corporal in the U.S. Army. After his discharge with the service he was married to Rosamay Carter on May 19, 1945; the couple was happily married for 68 years. Paul was a Sales Rep and manager in the Transportation Industry for several years. Paul was also the President of the German Shepherd Dog Club for two years in the 1960’s and then was elected President again in 1973. He was the proud owner of Tulsa’s first German Shepherd Champion. Even after retiring from the club he showed support any way he could. Paul was a 32nd Degree Mason member and a Scottish rite member. Paul is survived by his Wife Rosamay C. Nelson; Son Dale (Nancy) Nelson, 3 Grandchildren and 7 Great grandchildren.
