Paul Wayne Bunch's Obituary
Paul Wayne Bunch, 86, of Tulsa, Oklahoma, passed away peacefully on August 4, 2024. Born on November 8, 1937, Paul was a man of remarkable self-taught intellect and skill, known for his work as a tool design specialist at Rockwell International.
Paul leaves behind a loving family, including his stepdaughters, Sandra (Sawyer) Moore and her husband Douglas, Vicki Phelps and her husband Ron; seven grandchildren; nine great-grandchildren; and one great-great-grandchild. He now reunites with his daughters, Paula Ayres and Paulette Legate, his three brothers, two sisters, and his parents, who predeceased him.
An avid outdoorsman, Paul found solace in the serenity of nature, whether he was hunting or fishing. In his later years, he enjoyed the camaraderie and challenge of a good poker game, sharing laughs and stories with friends and family.
Paul’s legacy is one of steadfastness and love—a devoted father, a caring husband, and a friend to many. His wisdom, kindness, and the joy he brought to others will be deeply missed and forever cherished.
A celebration of life will be held at Floral Haven Funeral Home Rose Chapel, on Thursday August 8, 2024 at 2:00 PM. All who knew and loved Paul are welcome to attend and share memories of a truly great man.
