Paul David Carroll, 71, of Muskogee, OK, passed away on March 5th, 2026. Paul was born on May 15th, 1954, in Tulsa, OK, to parents Paul Everette Carroll and Mary Anne (Bishop) Carroll. He was a retired military veteran and served in the United States Army.
