Paul Kaste, 85 On the tee hailing from Green Bay, WI…Paul Kaste!!! Paul Louis Kaste, 85, lastly of Broken Arrow, Oklahoma, passed away peacefully on Sunday, November 13, 2016 at St Francis Hospital South with his 4 sons in the room. Paul was born in Milwaukee, Wisconsin on January 11, 1931. Paul was an amazing man who enjoyed a very full life. After time in Korean War as a ham radio operator, he graduated from the University of Madison, Wisconsin as a Beta Theta Phi with a business major and was a member of the Badger golf team. Paul married Eleanor on September 1, 1956. He worked as a very successful salesman for over 30 years with Packaging Corporation of America in Wisconsin. In his spare time, he enjoyed golfing and played into his 80’s. He was a member of Oneida Golf and Riding Club for over 20 years. He also enjoyed traveling and spending time with family. Anyone who met Paul was better for knowing him. He defined the words class act and provided his entire immediate and extended family with an incredible role model. His sons will strive to be the man he was. Paul was an extremely loving father and proud of his four sons, Michael, Scott, Jeff and John. His family is deeply saddened by their loss. A very special thank you goes out to the staff at St Francis Hospital with an emphasis on a remarkable nurse named Mary who was born in the same city as Paul’s wife Eleanor. Mary showed tender love and care during the final days, helping the family deal with their loss..
