Paul Kelley's Obituary
Paul Kelley, 58, passed away on October 8, 2025. Born on September 25, 1967, in Tulsa, Oklahoma, Paul was the beloved son of the late Mark A. Kelley and Cheryl J. Kelley.
He was the middle child of three siblings and is preceded in death by his younger brother, Phillip E. Kelley (1995). He is survived by his older sister, Joy L. Kelley; his niece, Geneva Mae Stephens; great-niece, Emerson J. Stephens; and his nephew, Corbin A. Kelley. Paul also leaves behind extended family and many friends who will miss his vibrant presence deeply.
From a young age, Paul showed a passion for life and a wide range of interests. He was an avid athlete and enthusiast, playing ice hockey, soccer, and tennis. He also had a creative side, playing the saxophone with talent and joy. His love for cars—of all makes and models—was lifelong and well-known.
Paul graduated from Jenks High School in 1985 and went on to attend the University of Oklahoma, where he studied Business Administration with a focus on Finance and Management. His academic pursuits led him to earn his Juris Doctor from the University of Oklahoma College of Law in 1993, with a specialization in finance law.
Known for his larger-than-life personality, Paul was often described as the life of the party. His charisma, humor, and warmth left a lasting impression on all who knew him. He embraced life fully, loved deeply, and lived with unrelenting energy and spirit.
Paul Kelley will be profoundly missed and lovingly remembered.
A Celebration of Life will be held 1:00 PM, Friday, October 18, 2025, at Tulsa Central Community of Christ, 4811 S. Fulton, Tulsa, Oklahoma.
