Paul Eugene Morgan, 73, a resident of Tulsa, Oklahoma passed away on April 24, 2023. Paul was born on August 21, 1949, in Prescott, Arkansas to Lee Roy Morgan and Chloetta Dovey (Stewart) Morgan. Paul leaves his loved ones with unforgettable memories and loving stories. He will sincerely be missed by his loving family, devoted friends, and all the wonderful individuals who knew and loved him.
