Paul Smith was a great man, Mason and Shriner. It was a privilege to know him. I remember weekends at the lake when I was much younger. He was always available to talk to me. And gave me some great advice. We both loved trains. He loved children and I lbeleive that made him the Great Shriner that he was. We will miss you Paul "A man never stood taller than a Shriner who bent down to pick up a Shriners child"

I met Noble Paul in 1997 when I first join the Akdar Shriner's. Noble Paul was our Recorder then and he has being very helpful to me on my way to becoming a Shriner. Noble Paul always helped the Lake Keystone Shrine Club sell Circus tickets at Phelp"s and he was always there to help sell our onion's at the corner. We will all miss Noble Paul Russell Smith.
