After graduating in 1984, she served as an Associate Pastor at Bright Clouds Christian Church in Bethel, Connecticut. In 1986 she and her husband Thomas responded to God's call to pioneer a church in Rutland, Vermont, which became Wellspring of Life Christian Center. There she founded Wellspring of Life Christian Academy in 1987 for grades K - 12. The school operated for 12 years with twelve churches participating until a new formal Christian School opened in Rutland to carry on the responsibilities of Christian education.

Peggy Ann began Wellspring of Life Counseling Center in 1990 and specialized in Child Play Therapy, but also did individual, couples and family counseling. In 2013 she and her husband formally appointed pastors for the Wellspring of Life Christian Center in Rutland and moved to Broken Arrow, Oklahoma to be with family.
