Cunningham, Peggy's Obituary
Peggy Ann Cunningham, age 49, of Tulsa, passed away peacefully on April 26, 2026, at Saint Francis Hospital, surrounded by the love of her family. She was born on December 9, 1976, in Tulsa to Carolyn Ann Creaser and John Duane Perkins.
Peggy was a loving mother, daughter, sister, grandmother, aunt, and friend whose caring heart and fun-loving spirit touched everyone who knew her. She worked as a sales associate and was known for her strong personality, sense of humor, and deep love for her family. Peggy enjoyed watching scary movies, fishing and camping, playing bingo and poker with family, and treasured the memories of playing basketball during her high school years. She was a Christian and carried her faith with her throughout her life.
She was preceded in death by her grandparents, Peggy Cox, Gordon Cox, Raymond Perkins, and Faye Perkins; her aunts Mary, Sue, and Maxine; her uncle Randy Cox; her brother John Perkins; and her beloved daughter, Destiny Cunningham.
Peggy is survived by her mother, Carolyn Creaser; her father, John Perkins; her siblings Laura (Ben), Kimberly, Melissa (Clayton), Christina (Joe), and Josh (Emily); her children Chance, Angela (Oscar), and Maximus; her grandchildren Destiny Ofelia, Eva, and Aries; her aunts Rosea (Billy) and Estalene (Chuck); her uncles Ricky, Wayne, and Charles; her nieces Ashley, Debra, Rebekah, Hannah, Taylor, Chloe, and Lydia; her nephews Dustin, Jonathan, Damian, Aidan, John, and Jack; along with many cousins, extended family members, and dear friends who will miss her greatly.
A memorial gathering to celebrate Peggy’s life will be held on May 9, 2026, at 3:00 p.m. Family and friends are invited to come together to share memories, laughter, and love in honor of Peggy’s life. Following the service, the family invites everyone to gather for food and fellowship at Incredible Pizza Company.

Peggy will be remembered for her strength, her laughter, and the love she gave so freely to those around her. She will be deeply missed and forever cherished.
