Pete Crowell's Obituary
Charles “Pete” Crowell. 78, passed from this life April 3, 2014 in Tulsa, Oklahoma. Pete was born on October 5, 1935 in Cleveland, Oklahoma to Elmer Ivan and Opal Marie (Bailey) Crowell. He was in the U.S. Air Force and was stationed in Japan during the Korean War. He was recruited by the Air Force to play football and was even named to the All-star team. He was a Plant Manager for the manufacturing industry as well as, security and investigator for Jarvis. Pete met and married the love of his life, Martha Crowell and they shared many memorable years together until her passing. He is also preceded by his brother, Don Crowell and brother-in-law, Marvin Saddoris. Pete is survived by his sons, Mike Crowell and wife, Brenda and Tom Giamanco and wife, Lori; grandchildren, Robbie Wirtz, David Wirtz, Aaron Giamanco, and Adam Crowell; sister Gloria Saddoris; nephews, Brad Saddoris, David Saddoris, Kirk Crowell, and Rick Crowell; nieces, Tina Saddoris, Tammy Crowell and Deana Koenig; and cousin Carol Bullard. A Memorial Service will be held 12:30 PM Saturday, April 19, 2014 at Floral haven Funeral Home Chapel.
