Phillip Cowan's Obituary
Phillip Alan Cowan, 63, of Tulsa, OK, passed away Monday, August 8, 2022, in Tulsa, OK.
Phillip was born on August 26, 1958, to Billy Joe Cowan and Norma Jean (Riggs) Cowan.
Phillip graduated from Fort Scott High School and attended Pittsburgh State graduating with a bachelor's degree in Automotive Engineering.
He met the love of his life Lisa and the two got married on December 11, 1982, in Tulsa, Oklahoma.
Phillip is survived by his lovely wife of 39 years Lisa Cowan; sons Seth Cowan and wife Lizbeth Cowan; Zachary Cowan and his daughter Brooklyn Cowan; beloved dog-son Daryl; and sister Diana Cowan and partner Libby Henderson.
Also survived by father Bill Cowan, and mother-in-law Patty J.
Phillip is preceded in death by his mother, Norma Jean Cowan.
