Phillip Lee Emerson, 63, was born on February 14, 1954 in Tulsa, Oklahoma and passed away on April 16, 2017 in Muskogee, Oklahoma.Phillip was preceded in death by his loving wife, Cynthia Emerson. He is survived by his children Jason Emerson and Jessica Tinsley and her husband Jordan; grandson Cooper Tinsley; sister Joyce and husband David Jones; nieces and nephews Whitney and husband Bryan McIntyre, Jennifer Jones, Tyler and wife Jennifer Jones, and Drew Jones.Visitation will take place on Sunday, April 23, from 5 pm – 7 pm at Floral Haven Funeral Home.
