Phyllis Dawn Lawbaugh's Obituary
Phyllis Dawn Lawbaugh, 72, resident of Tulsa, Oklahoma passed away February 17, 2020. Phyllis was born July 22, 1947 in Hammond, Indiana to Lewis and Nola Whitman. She was a devoted wife, mother, grandmother and friend. She will be dearly missed by everyone who knew and loved her.
Phyllis was preceded in passing by her parents, Lewis Whitman and Nola M. Whitman (Orman). She is survived by her husband, James A. Lawbaugh; son, Jimmy Lawbaugh and his wife, Lori; daughter, Dawn Farrell; grandchildren, Stefani Cook and her hsuband, Greg, Dylan Lawbaugh, Zachary Lawbaugh, Michelle Zielinski and her husband, Michael Agliata, William Zielinski and his wife, Cortney, Phillip Jenkins, Johnathan Jenkins; great-grandchildren, Caroline, Sam, Jamie and Jesse; brother, Richard Whitman and his wife, JoAnne; sister, Joan Ludford and numerous nieces, nephews family members and friends.
Celebration of Life Service will be 11:00 am, Tuesday, February 25, 2020 at Southwood Baptist Church in Tulsa.
