Phyllis Rae Maggard, 90, of Tulsa Oklahoma died May 10, 2020, in Tulsa, Oklahoma. Born January 6, 1930, in Howe, Oklahoma to Calvin and Gertrude Wigginton.
Phyllis is survived by many friends and family who will greatly miss her. A celebration of life funeral service will be held Monday, May 18, 2020, at 12:30 pm in Floral Haven Funeral Home’s main chapel.
