Phyllis Lanelle (Townzen) Shook, was born, January 22, 1942, to Blenn and Nadine (Vanscoy) Townzen, in Rogers, Arkansas. Phyllis, 72, passed from this life, December 18, 2014.Phyllis will be dearly missed by her husband, Bob Shook, children, Darrick Shook and his wife, Amber, and Nicole Story and his wife, Jason; grandchildren, Dylan Shook and Abigail Shook; and siblings, Carroll Townzen, Stanley Townzen, and Diana Pults-Sims.Phyllis is preceded in death by her parents.Visitation will be 12:30 pm ~ 8:00 pm, Monday, December 22, 2014, Floral Haven Funeral Home Visitation Room, Broken Arrow, Oklahoma.A celebration of life service will be Tuesday, December 23, 2014, 3:00 pm, in the Floral Haven Funeral Home Chapel, Broken Arrow, Oklahoma.
