Phyllis Faye Small's Obituary
Phyllis Faye Small, 84, resident of Tulsa, Oklahoma passed away December 8, 2021. Phyllis was born May 25, 1937, in Bunch, Oklahoma. She will be missed by everyone who knew and loved her.
Phyllis was preceded in passing by her mother, Mary Center; her husband, Lawrence Earl Small; her sister, Reba Cantrell; sister, Ellouise Hardbarger; sister, MayJean Center and her brother, Marlan Center.
Phyllis is survived by her son, Todd Small and his wife, Kelley; her daughter, Lisa Bierig; her grandchildren, Emily Small, Ryan Small, Caleb Bierig, Katey Bierig; her sister, Shirley Fivekiller; her brother, Joe Center, and his wife, Sudie and numerous nieces, nephews, family members and friends.
Visitation will be 1-3 pm, Sunday, December 12, 2021, at Floral Haven Funeral Home.
The funeral Service was 3:00 pm, Monday, December 13, 2021 at Floral Haven Funeral Home Chapel.
