Phyllis (Wisher) KelleyKelley, Phyllis (Wisher), Age, 79, passed away August 4, 2016, Sun City, Florida.Phyllis was born September 11, 1936 in Spencerville, Ohio. Phyllis grew up in North Baltimore, Ohio and moved to Tulsa where she graduated from Tulsa Central High School in 1955. She married Samuel Bartee, February 1959, and had two children, Lauretta Bartee Gondles and Christopher Bartee.After being a single mother for several years, she married Richard Kelley on November 22, 1978. She worked at and retired from Bank of Oklahoma. Phyllis enjoyed painting, wood crafts, NASCAR races, all the many places, foreign and domestic, that she and Richard and their friends have traveled over the years.Phyllis and Richard were members of Mt. Olive Lutheran Church (WELS), she valued the friendship of her church family.Phyllis is preceded in death by her mother, Henrietta Orr, and her sister, Rebecca Kelley.Phyllis is survived by husband Richard Kelley of Sun City, Florida, 2 brothers, Charles Wisher and wife Aline, of Bixby, Oklahoma, Harold Wisher and wife Pat of Houston, Texas, daughter Lauretta Gondles, and her family of Pryor, Oklahoma, son Christopher Bartee and his family of Pryor, Oklahoma, step-son Richard Kelley, Jr. and his family of Rockwall, Texas, and a host of other loved ones, family and friends.Funeral services will be held at 3:00 p.m., Wednesday, August 10, 2016 – at Floral Haven, Broken Arrow, Oklahoma.
