Ralph McCarty's Obituary
McCarty- Ralph, 72 passed away Saturday, January 17, 2009 in Tulsa, Ok. He was born on November 29, 1936 in Owasso, OK. He is preceded in death by his parents Arthur Pike Ross McCarty and Bertha O’Neal McCarty, brother, Gus and sister Sophie Smith. Ralph was a Veteran of the United States Air Force. He played fast pitch softball in the Tulsa metro area from the time he was a young boy into his 50’s. He was an avid golfer and enjoyed golfing with his friends and grandsons. He was in the glass business 1962 and was owner and founder of City Glass of Tulsa since 1989 . Survivors include: his wife Edith Marie McCarty of Fifty years and his daughters Vicky Edwards, Barbara Jordan, Beverly Hood, Jeannie Farrar, Darla Flippo and son Billy Hood, 10 grand- children and 17 great grandchildren .Viewing will be on Tuesday Jan 20th from 9:00 am until 8:30 pm. Services will be held 12:30 PM, Wednesday, Jan 21,2009 at Floral Haven Funeral Home Chapel. 6500 S. 129th East Ave.
