Dr. Ralph Weller Rucker II, resident of Haskell, Oklahoma, passed away Saturday, July 7, 2018 in Broken Arrow, Oklahoma at the age of 76.Ralph was born on May 25, 1942 in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma to Ralph Weller and Laura Emma (Allen) Rucker.Visitation will be Thursday, July 12, 2018 from 10:30 AM to 12:00 PM at First United Methodist Church. Celebration of Life will be 12:00 PM Thursday, July 12, 2018 at First United Methodist Church at 112 East College Street, Broken Arrow, Oklahoma. Burial will follow at 4:00 PM at Memorial Park Cemetery in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma.
