Ralph E. “Skip” Mosely III, 69, of Tulsa, OK, went to be with the Lord on Monday, September 09, 2013. He was born August 2, 1944, in Chattanooga, TN, the son of Ralph and Sara (Smith) Mosely, Jr. He is survived by his wife, Karen Read Obituary
Skip was a great friend and a tremendous man of God! He loved God's kingdom and the church and was always willing to use his expertise to help. We were so blessed to be at Victory Fellowship with the Mosely family before they transitioned to Tulsa.We will be eternally gratefull for Skip's impact on our lives.Darren and Shelley Osburn

Karen, Michelle, Jennie, and grandchildren, I am so, so sorry. I am stunned. What a great man. He always had an amazing radiance when I came into his presence. Thank you God, and thank you, Karen, for bringing him into our Family. Time and distance and careers have kept us all apart over the years, but that's OK. Skip's smile and hospitality stayed with me…and, I am certain, with many, many others. Thank you, Skip, (and Karen) for taking my place with Aunt Jennie Lee on my morning of loss. I love you, Karen. I had many conversations with Skip at church about business and life. He was such a wise and kind man. It makes me sad to hear of his passing even knowing he is in a better place.I have slipped the surly bonds of earth And danced the skies on laughter-silvered wings; Sunward Iâ??ve climbed, and joined the tumbling mirth of sun-split clouds, â?? and done a hundred things You have not dreamed of: Wheeled and soared and spun, high in the sunlit silence Up, up the long delirious burning blue, I've topped the windswept heights with ease, Where never lark or even eagle flew. Hovering there I've chased the shouting winds along, Through footless halls of air. And, while with silent, lifted mind, I've trod the high untrespassed sanctity of space; Put out my hand, and touched the face of God.
Ralph hired me in November, 1991 and I worked for him and his company Mosely & Associates until he moved to Tulsa during 1999. Ralph was my mentor and also a close friend for who I had the utmost repsect. I learned a tremendous amout from Ralph not only about business matters but how to treat others with respect and dignity. Ralph was a very kind, caring and humble man that always put others before himself. The most important trait I got from Ralph was that God comes first and that God has to be a part of your daily life. Ralph reflected this trait daily, particularly in his support of church and Karen's ministry. I am deeply sadened by Ralph's passing and will miss him greatly. I was fortunate to be able to spend some time with Ralph just two month's ago. I offer my deepest condolences to Karen, Rod and Michelle and their children and Jennie. Skip helped us to set up Harvest Ministries International and to become a 501C3 in 1997 while we were with Skip and Karen at Victory Fellowship Church in Nashville'TN. His mentoring us continues to produce fruit that will last forever in Venezuela and Colombia.
Ralph was a passionate safety professional, trusted colleague and genuine friend. I am very thankful for all he did to keep our employees safe and so sorry to hear of his passing.
