Randy Dennis Cooke's Obituary
Randy Dennis Cooke, age 56, passed away on August 10, 2015 in Tulsa, Oklahoma. Randy was born on November 30, 1958 in Tulsa, Oklahoma to his parents Larry Dennis Cooke and Betty Rose Ella Wheat. After Randy received his general education from East Central High School, he began a career as a heating and air journeyman working for his father’s company, Sunco Heating and Air, Inc. In 1992, he started R. Cooke Homes Inc where he built high quality custom homes. Randy enjoyed making people’s dream homes come true and flourished by their happiness. In 2011, he became to ill to continue working and was forced to retire. Randy married the love of his life, Carolyn Gene Johns, on August 20, 1977 at White City Baptist Church of Tulsa, Oklahoma. He enjoyed hunting, fishing, and boating, but above all, he loved spending time with his family. Randy was dedicated to his family and the Lord. Randy is survived by his spouse Carolyn Gene Cooke, his son Robert James (spouse Amber Nicole) Cooke, his grandchildren Audrey Paige Cooke and Ryan James Cooke, his mother Betty Cooke, his sister Deidra (spouse Doug) Stephens, his brother Steven Lynn (spouse Melissa) Cooke, his sister Deborah (spouse Gary) Rodgers, his best friend Ronnie Brown, and a whole host of family and friends. Visitation will be held at Floral Haven Funeral Home of Broken Arrow, Oklahoma on Sunday from 12 pm to 8 pm with family to greet from 2 pm to 4 pm. Funeral services will be held at Crossroads Baptist Church of Bixby, Oklahoma on Monday, August 17, 2015 at 10:00 am.
