Raul Serrano Beltran, 80, was born on August 24, 1936 in Mexico City, Mexico and passed away on August 16, 2017 in Tulsa Oklahoma.He was deeply loved and will forever remain in our hearts.A visitation will be held in Raul’s honor at Floral Haven Funeral Home on Wednesday, August 23, from 9 am – 730 pm.
