Raymond Joe Adams, age 88 years old, passed from this life, November 7, 2015. Raymond was born May 1, 1927, to Malcolm Columbus and Vesta Gertrude (Hill) Adams, in Stigler, Oklahoma. Raymond eloped with the love of his life, Bonnie Pearl Dixon, August 21, 1945. They were married in McAlester, Oklahoma. Raymond will be dearly missed by his loving wife, Pearl Adams of Broken Arrow, Oklahoma; daughter, Patsy Jo Perrier and husband James of Broken Arrow, Oklahoma; son Rick Adams and wife Linda of Broken Arrow, Oklahoma; grandchildren Steven Perrier and wife Lorey, of Broken Arrow, Oklahoma, David Adams and wife Angela of Searcy, Arkansas, Leanna Gurley and husband Matt, of Moore, Oklahoma, and Alisha Brunson and husband Daniel, of Tulsa, Oklahoma; great-grandchildren Jacob, Nathan, Lindsey, Grant, Zoey, Andrew, Sidney, Tyler, Isobel, and Dorian; and sister Tena Walters and husband Paul of Vian, Oklahoma. The family wishes to thank the Hometown Hospice for their kindness, dedication, and the wonderful care they provided. In lieu of flowers donations Raymond Adams’ honor and name, can be made to the Gloryland Baptist Church, Broken Arrow, Oklahoma.
