Raymond "Ralph" Duran's Obituary
Raymond “Ralph” Duran, a resident of Claremore, passed away on February 26, 2017 at the age of 70. He was born June 6, 1946 to Primitivo and Mary (Vasquez) Duran in Rocky Ford, Colorado. Ralph served in the United States Navy, was a member of the Claremore Elks Lodge and involved in the Elks Lodge Toy Run for 17 years. His passion was riding motorcycles and a group member of Harley owners. Ralph enjoyed gardening and keeping his yard perfect. He loved to cook and enjoyed his family but most of all he loved his wife, children and grandchildren. He will be truly missed by all that knew and loved him.He was preceded in death by his parents, Primitivo and Mary Duran.Survivors include his loving wife, Brenda Duran; son, Tony Duran and wife, Charity; daughter, Stephanie Rogers and husband, Jason; son, Eric Weaver and wife, Cassie; daughter, Alanna Ireland and husband, Bo; daughter, Shari Golightly and husband, Tracy; brother, Roman Duran; sister, Flora Duran and husband, Alfred; sister, Judy Duran; fourteen grandchildren and numerous other relatives and friends.Memorial Services will be held at 10:00 a.m. Thursday, March 2, 2017 at Floral Haven Funeral Home Chapel in Broken Arrow with Reverend Bo Ireland officiating.Military Honors will be conducted by the United States Navy and the Patriot Guard Riders.
