I worked with Rich in Hawaii when he was on active duty with the AF and again when he was a contractor. He was down to earth and knew the communications business far better than any others in the Pacific. A example for all to follow and a mentor for the enlisted and officer corp alike. Richie was my best friend at Saint Mary's HS in Paterson, We got in more trouble together with he being the foil. He remains the International Man Of Mystery. My prayers tomorrow for him at Mass and on All Souls Day. WalterRobinson
