Richard "Dick" Blevins' Obituary
Richard "Dick" Joel Blevins, 66, born 12/27/1953 to Lawrence and Mona Lou Blevins, in Denver, CO. Passed away peacefully, in Tulsa, following a lengthy illness. Dick graduated from Memorial High School in 1972. He then proceeded to graduate from the University of Oklahoma with a degree in Business Administration in 1976. He was a member of Sigma Chi fraternity, where he gained life long friends. Dick led a career in banking, Human Resources, real estate and mortgage brokering. Anyone that knew Dick knew that he loved horses. One of his favorite hobbies was playing polo. He was an avid football fan, particularly of his beloved OU. Dick is preceeded in death by his Father and Mother. He leaves behind a daughter, Valerie Blevins (Broken Arrow, OK), two grandsons, a brother, Wesley Blevins (OK), and numerous cousins and friends.
