Richard Franklin Chaney, 88, of Broken Arrow passed away December 20, 2019. He was born September 17, 1931 in Tulsa, OK to James and Bessie Chaney. Visitation will be Sunday, December 29, 2019 from 4 -7PM. Funeral Services will be held 12:30 Monday, December 30, 2019 in the Floral Haven Chapel.
