Richard "Rick" Lee Johnson, Sr.'s Obituary
Richard “Rick” L. Johnson, Sr., a resident of Broken Arrow, passed away April 15, 2016 at the age of 65. He was born September 16, 1950 to Robert Morris and Phyllis Jean (Webb) Johnson in San Antonio, Texas. On April 20, 1985, he married Kathy Denise Williams in Russelville, Arkansas. Rick worked for Sipes store for 25 years then he worked at Bud’s Family Food for 3 years, Walmart for 8 years and Old Time Pottery for 8 years. He enjoyed shooting pool, fishing and going to the beach. He was a big OU Football fan but most of all he loved spending time with his family. He will be greatly missed by all that knew him. Survivors include his loving wife of 30 years, Kathy Johnson of the home; three children, Lee Johnson and wife, Caitlin of Owasso, OK, Tami Holland and husband, Davie of Hamburg, AR and Kari Johnson of Cleveland, OK; three brothers, Ronnie Johnson of Crystal River, FL, Roger Johnson and wife, Linda of Wagoner, OK and Randy Johnson and wife, Nina of Houston, TX; six grandchildren, Beckett, Kilee, Colton, Trey, Brandon and Cameron and other numerous relatives. Memorial Services will be held at 2:00 p.m. Monday, April 18, 2016 at Floral Haven Rose Chapel in Broken Arrow with Maurice Hooks officiating.
