If Richard wasn't tilling his garden to grow the best tomatoes and peppers ever, you could find him fishing or hunting. Richard loved spending time at Oil Capital Gun Club, where he and Joanna were active members for many years. Richard retired from Williams company in 1997, after 35 Years of service so that he could he with his grandchildren.
Richard was an amazing Husband, Father, Grandfather and Great Grandfather. Which showed every day as he loved and cared for his grandchildren. He valued hard work and an honest living in every man he met. To his children he was a loving, warm-hearted Father, to his wife he was a best friend, devoted and tender Husband. If love could have saved him , he would have lived forever. Daddy's are daughter's 1st love, and a son's 1st hero.
Richard was preceded in death by his parents and 2 brothers, Kenneth and Gary Martin.

And brother, Mike (Bennie) Martin of Jenks.
He asked for so little, but gave so very muck! His love was sacrificial, patient, kind, honest, forgiving, faithful, and selfless. It was always constant and unchanging. No one will be missed more, Love you all ways, always.
