Richard Don Palmer age 60 passed away peacefully in Tulsa, Oklahoma. Richard was the son of Don and Mary Palmer. Richard was in customer service for a local Hotel. He is survived by his sons, Aaron and Zane as well as a brother Roger Palmer. Funeral service will be held 3:00 pm Thursday, June 11, 2020 at the Floral Haven Funeral Home Chapel.
