Richard found joy in fishing and was passionate about buying and selling tools, a career he dedicated most of his life to. With a vibrant sense of humor and an outgoing spirit, he effortlessly made numerous friends along the way. Richard is survived by his sister, Joni Catlin, and leaves behind a legacy cherished by several nieces and nephews. He is preceded in death by his loving parents. May he rest in eternal peace.
