Richard Leon Wagle's Obituary
Richard Leon Wagle, 77, passed away at his home in Catoosa, Oklahoma on February 11, 2013. He was born on August 24, 1935 in Cushing, Oklahoma to Ray and Lucille Wagle. Richard graduated from Cushing High School. He met his true love, Dona Linn Pippenger, as a child where they attended Church and school together and later married. Richard proudly served his country in the Army during the Korean War. He enjoyed his family, friends, fishing, hunting, square dancing, building race cars and fishing, fishing, fishing. He opened his own business, Imperial Auto Service, in 1961 which is still owned and operated by his son. Richard joined the CatoosaMasonic Lodge where he served numerous positions in the local chapter and was honored with various positions within the Grand Lodge. He is survived by his loving wife of 58 years, Dona Wagle; 1 Son and his wife, Larry & Roberta Wagle of Catoosa; 2 Daughters, Sherrie & Steve Hatheway of Chouteau, Tammy Wagle of Tulsa; 5 Grandchildren and their wives, Chris & Heather Wagle, Ricky & Leslie Hatheway, Matt & Nikki Wagle, David Payne & Rachel Mills, Danny & Emily Hatheway; 5 Great Grandchildren, Ian, Bella and Haven Wagle, Braxton and Yvaine Hatheway. He is also survived by 1 sister; Juanita & Fred Escott of El Reno, Oklahoma. Preceded in death by his parents Ray and Lucille Wagle. Richard touched the hearts of many and will be greatly missed.
